Positive Behaviour Support

Our team of experienced and skilled behaviour support practitioners assist  clients in collaboration with families and all the stake holders in developing behaviour support plans after comprehensive assessment. Our team focuses on positive behaviour management.

We provide training for support workers, teachers, case workers and families, offering both face-to-face and virtual classes. Our training program includes:

  • Techniques and skills for safer de-escalation.
  • Personal Safety protocols and post-incident impact and responsibility reporting.
  • Positive approaches to behaviour management.
  • Effective use of restrictive practices.
  • Understanding Trauma and implementing trauma informed approaches.
  • Suicide Prevention Training.

Additionally, we actively solicit and utilise feedback to drive ongoing improvements in our services.
