At Olesuke, we recognise that every NDIS participant needs are unique. Our team of experienced and skilled behaviour support practitioners is here to offer tailored, compassionate support. We work closely with families and all stakeholders to develop comprehensive behaviour support plans.

Comprehensive Training Programs

Our training programs are designed for support workers, teachers, DCJ case workers, support coordinators, social workers, youth workers, and families. We offer both face-to-face and virtual classes, ensuring accessibility and convenience.

Techniques and Skills for Safer De-Escalation

The program focuses on effective techniques for safer de-escalation.

Personal Safety Protocols and Post-Incident Reporting

This training focuses on maintaining personal safety during incidents and understanding the post-incident impact and reporting procedures.

Positive Approaches to Behaviour Management

Learn methods and strategies for encouraging positive behaviours and managing challenging behaviours.

Effective Use of Restrictive Practices

The program covers the ethical and effective use of restrictive practices in behavior management.

Understanding Trauma and Trauma-Informed Approaches

This course provides insights into how trauma affects behaviour and how to apply trauma-informed approaches in support settings.

Suicide Prevention Training

The training provides knowledge and skills to recognise and respond to signs of suicide risk and prevention.

Providing Comprehensive Behaviour Support Plan

Our dedicated team of Behaviour Support Practitioners work in collaboration with NDIS and DCJ clients, their families, and other stakeholders to develop personalised and comprehensive Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs).

Family, support workers, teachers, DCJ caseworker, support coordinators, social workers, and youth workers engagement meetings

Developing the Behaviour Support Plan

We are an SSRC registered organisation. We work collaboratively with DCJ case workers to provide temporary crisis accommodation, supervised visits, supervised transport, changeover facilitation, contact visit reports, and court attendance

Temporary Crisis Accommodation

We offer temporary crisis accommodation for DCJ clients. We work collaboratively with DCJ caseworkers to support clients in accessing temporary crisis accommodation while they find long-term housing or work towards returning to their homes.

Supervised Visits

We facilitate safe supervised visitations between children and non-custodial parents. Our trained social and support workers ensure a neutral, supportive environment for meaningful interactions while upholding child safety standards.

Changeover Facilitation

Our Changeover Facilitation service supports smooth, respectful handovers during parental transitions, prioritising children's emotional and physical well-being, promoting stability, and reducing stress for all family members.

Supervised Transport

Our Supervised Transport service offers safe, reliable transportation for children, ensuring utmost care during court-ordered or necessary parental supervision journeys between visits, school, or appointments.

Court Attendance

We offer professional court attendance services for child welfare, custody disputes, and family law, providing guidance, advocacy, and support to ensure clients' rights and interests are represented.

Contact Visit Report

Our Contact Visit Report service documents supervised visitations, offering insights into parent-child interactions and child well-being, supporting informed decisions in legal proceedings and custody evaluations.
